Position: Broadsign Support Specialist
We are looking for an experienced problem solver that is seeking a
challenging position which offers exceptional growth opportunities
within an organization that is rapidly expanding.

Candidates should have excellent knowledge of operating systems,
hardware, video formats, programming languages and databases. Perhaps of
greatest importance, candidates must be driven individuals that will
stop at nothing to explain the behavior reported by a client and address
the issue in the best possible way.

Successful candidates will quickly identify technical problems and
communicate solutions by working closely with coworkers, QA and
Development departments. Candidates will also be responsible for
proactively preventing and resolving issues, improving department
processes, automating Support services and will assist with the growth
of the department to meet client needs.
