You may be able to find some at microbytes, I know they were selling Ubuntu at one point. You can also go to http://shipit.ubuntu.com to get them to send you a free disc. Perhaps your best bet is to post what you would like (the mailing list may be a better place for this) and I am certain a member would help you attain it by some means.
